Joe Tarek · 1-on-1 online calisthenics coaching

Unlock Your Next Calisthenics Skill

A 16-week, assessment-led coaching program for athletes who've hit a plateau — built on how your body actually moves, not on more training volume.

We start with a full movement and body assessment, fix what's holding you back, then turn those gains into calisthenics skills and strength. Fully online, coached 1-on-1 by Joe Tarek.

Application-only · Limited to a small number of athletes at a time

The problem

Training Hard Stopped Working. Here's Why.

You didn't plateau because you lack discipline. Somewhere under the effort, something in the way you move is capping your progress — a mobility restriction, a compensation, a gap in a progression — and no template program is designed to find it.

Most programs prescribe first and never ask questions. This program does the opposite: assess first, then build.

Who this is for

Built for the Intermediate Athlete Who Refuses to Stay There

This program is a fit if:

  • You've trained seriously for a couple of years, but your performance and movement haven't noticeably improved.
  • You want real calisthenics skills — muscle-ups, levers, handstands, weighted pulls and dips — not just more reps of the same exercises.
  • You want to move and perform without pain.
  • Your time is limited, and you want every session to count.

It's not a fit if you're preparing for a bodybuilding show or looking for a rapid fat-loss transformation — that's not what this program is built for.

The method

Assess. Rebuild. Ascend.

Every program starts from data about you — never from a template.

01

Objective & needs analysis

We get specific about what you're training for — the skill you want, the strength numbers behind it, and the time you actually have.

02

Movement & body assessment

A structured Week 0 assessment — movement screening, joint ranges of motion and strength testing — to find what's limiting you before a single set is written.

03

Profiling

Your results become your training profile: strengths, gaps, and the order in which to fix them.

04

Stimulation & adaptation

Individualized programming that turns better movement into calisthenics skills and strength — adjusted every week from your check-ins.

How it works

From Application to Week 1

There's no checkout on this site on purpose. Every athlete is accepted after a short call, so we both know the program is the right fit before you pay.

01

Apply

Fill in a short application about your training background, goals, and what's holding you back. It takes a few minutes.

02

Intro call

If it looks like a fit, Joe contacts you personally to schedule a 20-minute video call. We talk through your goals, the program, and the investment. No obligation.

03

Agreement & payment

If we both agree to go ahead, you sign the coaching agreement and receive a secure payment link. Payment is processed by Stripe.

04

Onboarding & Week 0 assessment

You get access to the training app, complete a health & safety screen and an athlete profile, then film your Week 0 assessment. A kickoff call follows.

05

Personalized programming & weekly check-ins

Training starts in Week 1. Your program is reviewed and adjusted every week from your check-ins and technique videos through to your final re-test.

Your coach

Joe Tarek

Strength & conditioning coach, grounded in movement science and applied anatomy — and a calisthenics athlete himself.

Joe built his own calisthenics back from a fractured humerus and surgery in 2022 to handstand muscle-ups, dips and pull-ups. That rebuild — fixing imbalances, restoring range of motion, restructuring his training week — is the method behind this program.

He coaches the way he trained his way back: assess exactly where you are, fix what's limiting you, then build the skill.

FAQ

Questions, Answered

What level do I need to be?

The program is built for intermediate athletes — people who've trained consistently for a couple of years. You don't need any advanced skills yet; the Week 0 assessment tells us exactly where to start.

What equipment do I need?

Access to a pull-up bar and parallel bars or dip station covers most of the program. Rings, resistance bands and a way to add weight (a dip belt or backpack) help. We confirm your setup during onboarding and program around what you have.

How much time does it take each week?

Your weekly schedule is set during onboarding around your available time. The aim is fewer, better sessions — not more training volume.

Where are you based, and does my time zone matter?

Coaching is fully online and open to athletes worldwide. Check-ins and feedback run on a weekly cycle, and calls are scheduled at a time that works for both of us. All times on this site are Riyadh time (UTC+3).

I have an old injury or some pain. Can I join?

Often, yes — training around pain and past injuries is part of the method. You'll complete a health & safety screen during onboarding, and if anything suggests you need medical clearance first, we'll tell you before training starts. Coaching is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Do you include nutrition?

No. This program covers training only. If you'd like nutrition support, ask and you'll be pointed to an option.

How do I pay?

After the intro call and signing the coaching agreement, you receive a secure payment link. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment, refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Terms & Policies.
