Program fee & payment

The program fee covers the full 16 weeks, from the Week 0 assessment through the final re-test. It is charged in United States dollars (USD), discussed on the intro call, and confirmed in writing in your coaching agreement before you pay anything. There are no hidden or recurring charges.

  • Pay in full before Week 0, or
  • Pay in two equal instalments: the first before Week 0 and the second no later than the end of Week 9.
  • Payments are made through a secure Stripe payment link sent after you sign the agreement.

Refund & cancellation policy

  • Full refund if you decide the program isn't right for you after the kickoff call and before Week 1 begins.
  • After Week 1 begins, payments are non-refundable. On the two-instalment plan, the second instalment remains due.
  • If the coach ends the coaching relationship, unused weeks are refunded pro rata.
  • Pauses of up to 2 weeks in total are available for illness, injury or travel if requested before the week starts; the end date moves accordingly.

Delivery

This is a digital coaching service; nothing is shipped. After payment, you receive access to the Everfit training app and your onboarding forms within 24 hours. Your program, check-ins and feedback are all delivered online through the app, video calls and messaging.

Results depend on your training, recovery and consistency, and are not guaranteed.

Privacy policy

We collect only what's needed to coach you: the details you submit in the application and onboarding forms (such as name, email, age, country, training history and health & safety screening answers), plus your check-ins, training logs and technique videos.

  • Used only to assess, program for and communicate with you.
  • Your photos and videos stay private unless you give explicit permission to use them.
  • Never sold. Shared only with the service providers that run the program: Tally (forms), Everfit (training app), Google (email and video calls) and Stripe (payments).
  • Card details are entered on Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant payment page and are never seen or stored by us.
  • You can ask to access or delete your data at any time by email.
